Mr. Peter Meagher
Consultant Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon

Mr. Meagher is a highly experienced Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with extensive international training and over two decades of consultant-level practice. Based in Dublin, he holds senior leadership roles at Beacon Hospital and St Vincent’s University Hospital and is widely recognised for his expertise in reconstructive, aesthetic and microsurgical surgery. He has a particular specialist interest in the diagnosis, surgical management and reconstruction of skin cancers and complex skin lesions, alongside hand surgery and aesthetic procedures.
Mr. Andrew Diver

Mr. Andrew Diver is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at St Vincent’s University Hospital with specialist expertise in trauma and burns surgery. He trained internationally and has held substantive consultant posts in major UK centres prior to returning to Ireland. He has extensive experience in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of skin cancers and skin lesions, including complex and high-risk cases requiring reconstruction. Mr Diver is widely published, actively involved in research and education, and holds senior leadership roles within national and international surgical training bodies.
Mr. Tomás O'Neill

Mr. Tomás O’Neill is a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon at St Vincent’s University Hospital with extensive international training across Ireland, the United Kingdom and Australia. He has advanced expertise in facial, cleft and craniofacial surgery following additional higher specialist training in recognised international centres. He has significant experience in the management of skin cancers and complex facial skin lesions, particularly where careful reconstruction is required. Alongside his clinical work, he plays a national leadership role in surgical training and education and is deeply committed to the development of future plastic surgeons.
Mr. Jack Woods
Consultant Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon

Mr. Woods is a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at St Vincent’s University Hospital, appointed in 2024, with extensive international training at leading centres in Europe and the United States. He combines advanced reconstructive and aesthetic surgical practice with a strong academic and research background. He has particular expertise in the assessment, surgical management and reconstruction of skin cancers and complex skin lesions, including head and neck disease. His clinical interests also include microsurgical reconstruction, lymphatic surgery and complex oncologic reconstruction. Mr Woods is committed to delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care across both public and private practice.
Mr. Srdjan-Sergio Mitic
Consultant Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon
Mr. Mitic is a highly experienced Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon with over two decades of consultant-level practice across Europe. He has worked extensively in both public and private healthcare systems and was a core member of a specialist microsurgery and reimplantation unit. He has significant expertise in the assessment and surgical management of skin cancers and benign skin lesions, alongside reconstructive and aesthetic procedures. Since relocating to Dublin in 2021, he has continued to provide high-volume, patient-centred surgical care with a strong focus on safe oncologic and aesthetic outcomes.
